Football needs more women* on the sidelines. Ready. Set. Coach. is a program by the Berliner Fußball-Verband e.V., supported by Nike, designed to guide girls* and women* on their path to becoming football coaches—through training, mentorship, hands-on experience, and a strong community network.

Following a successful pilot, the program enters its next phase in the 2025/2026 season with a new name, expanded content, and even greater visibility for female* coaches in football. With a short video series we aimed to spotlight role models who are shaping the future of the game.
